Jane

With 26 years’ experience as a childbirth educator, a midwife, nursing sister and breastfeeding councillor Jane shows her passion for mothers, babies, breastfeeding and the family unit as a whole. Is a Mother to 2 daughters and Grandmother to 3. Owner at JJ’s Wellness Centre Jane offers Antennal and Post Natal classes at the centre. She also offers a mobile personal day crash courses at your homes. (South, North, East and West Rand). Jane will also assist you with breastfeeding your little one should you have issues, she is only a phone call away.

Body Conditioning Pilates - Michelle is passionate about body movement and wellbeing through exercise, and is trained and certified in BASI Pilates and has been teaching since 2008. BASI ( Body Arts and Science International) has 10 basic principles awareness, breath, balance, control, concentration, centre, efficiency, flow, harmony, and precision which Michelle follows shares with those who join in her Pilates Classes. Join her at one of her classes on a Tuesday or Thursday or both from 18:00-19:00, booking is essential.

    With regards to family yoga, we will discuss more about the parameters of the class in terms of age groups etc.

    Fees:

    • Drop in fee R120
    • Fee per class R110
    • 1 class a week monthly fee R400
    • 2 classes a week monthly fee R700
    • Unlimited classes a month fee R800

    Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment. Drop in classes should be paid for in advance via EFT. Payment for monthly/bulk packages will be invoiced on the 25th of the month and is to be paid via EFT with your name as reference by the 1st of the month. Please email P.O.P Monthly/ bulk packages are to be taken consecutively on the same day each week of the month; missed classes may be made up within one week at another class before payment is forfeited.

    Private Classes

    In advance of attending your class, please note the following information: What to bring/wear:

    • Please dress comfortably; fashion is not that important ;)
    • You will need to bring a Yoga mat; should you wish to rent one for your first class please let us know and we will happily provide you with one. We sell mats, please enquire well in advance of the class.
    • A blanket and/or pillow for comfort and for relaxation
    • Water and snacks if you require them
